Yoshifuku Japanese Dining, Menara Hap Seng






Set by a gorgeous garden courtyard, Yoshifuku offers a soothing space for savouring the work of an Osaka-born executive chef. 

Yoshifuku's a la carte selection furnishes all the essentials, but go off-menu for seasonal specialities - such as shirako for winter. 

We had an entire meal composed of the delicate, milky-creamy cod milt, prepared in multiple styles - gloriously fresh with a splash of ponzu, lightly grilled with teriyaki sauce, in a comforting soup with radish, gently fried tempura-style and laid on sushi.
