Concubine KL's Yee Sang Burger doubles as a delightful seasonal novelty and a delicious burger in its own right.
A fresh, moist sea bass fillet is crisply battered and stuffed in a bun with pomelo aioli and crunchy gyoza skin, meant to be topped with a tossing of shredded jicama, purple cabbage and carrots, completed with sweet, sesame-studded hoisin sauce.
It captures the lively tang of a prosperity toss, lusciously lovable even without raw fish. Unlike Yee Sang though, this isn't a communal concoction, so you'll need to order a few burgers to feed a family.
