Tannin Hill's highlights include tea-and-food pairing menus - a five-course set couples cold-brewed jasmine nitro tea with cheese-crowned crackers; raw pu'er with smoked duck quiche Lorraine, tuna tart and cucumber salad; liu bao with baguette slices, beef ragu and mushroom garlic gravy; qi lan with scones, whipped cream and jam; and shou mei with petit fours.
