Green grazing: DC Mall's new Hijau serves up scrumptious Southeast Asian cuisine of the vegan variety - gorgeous grilled tofu 'otak-otak,' rich with coconut cream, candlenut, spices, mushroom seasoning and micro-greens, served with seaweed and blanketed in banana leaves (RM22), and nasi kerabu with moreish vegan sambal tumis and budu, air-fried tofu and mushroom crackers (RM19; add RM9 for a robust beefless rendang).
