Briyani berani: Briyani Brothers & Co isn't afraid of experimenting with something different - the Daging Dendeng Briyani brings an Indonesian touch to Indian rice, showcasing beef that's surprisingly supple for the traditional dried meat recipe.
The aromatic ensemble spans respectably spiced rice and richly creamy dalcha made with slow-cooked mutton stock, carrots and potatoes, buoyed by a reviving raita of yoghurt and fresh mint (RM18.50).
