Subang's new P'sa and D'Chippy specialises not only in pizzas but fish and chips, both with tinged with a touch of Japanese inspirations.
Toppings for the pizzas span baby octopus with takoyaki sauce to unagi with teriyaki sauce to miso chicken with edamame and seaweed.
Our best bet might be the Shinsen Na Kaki P'sa (RM39.90), blanketed with fluttering bonito flakes that conceal a trove of fresh-tasting oysters (with at least one or two oysters on each slice), made thick and creamy with a medley of mental and BBQ sauces on mozzarella and cheddar - it's a rich, rewardingly robust pizza, still satisfyingly hot after a speedy 15-minute delivery.
Fish and chips also get extra-decadent with a generous coating of mentai mayo, mellow enough not to drown out the deliciously moist, delicately flaky fish, featured in a chunky fillet with crunchy batter (scrumptious quality for RM19.90). Our only quibble: We wish the curly fries could be swapped out for French fries or wedges.P'sa and D'Chippy
