This holy month of Ramadan, Le Meridien Putrajaya presents its third edition of the highly popular "Destinasi Rasa" at their all-day dining restaurant, Latest Recipe. During the month-long promotion, which runs from 6 May until 4 June 2019, guests will be able to sample over 100 dishes, showcasing flavours from different states in Malaysia as well as International favourites.
Whet your appetites with an array of ulam-ulaman and kerabu such as Kerabu sotong jantung pisang, Kerabu Udang, Kerabu betik muda, Kerabu ayam kacang botol and more. For fans of Japanese cuisine, there are sushi rolls as well as salmon and tuna in smoked and sashimi form. There will also be seafood on ice such as scallops, flower crab, prawns, mussels and fresh oysters.
The chefs have combined their expertise to create a spread that is mouth-watering with specially curated signature dishes, which include Cencaru pais kelapa, Patin tempoyak, Daging salai masak lemak cili, Ekor asam pedas and a kampung barbecue stall.

No spread is complete without the all-time favourite roast lamb, kambing carik with mandy rice.
Gulai Kawah
The highlight of the spread is a traditional family favourite, rarely found in restaurants around the city, the daging dendeng ibunda. This dish has its roots in Javanese cooking and is prepared with traditional spices, dressed with local herbs and will be featured on the menu every evening.
Other daily specials on five different menus feature a variety of dishes such as Ikan berlada, Udang goreng cili api, Sotong sambal cili padi, Ayam masak tempoyak and Cencaru sumbat belakang. The menus are rotated throughout the week to give guest a selection of different dishes. In addition to the special ‘buka puasa’ menu, a host of daily specials will also be prepared at each of the five ‘live’ kitchens.Some of our favorites include Nasi kerabu Kelantan,Sup kambing mamak, Nasi biryani, Chilli crab, Lemang and Rendang Tok.
For dessert, an impressive array of Malay kuih awaits you. There will also be cakes (durian cake is a must try!), jellies, keropok lekor, cheese platter and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and fresh fruits.

The ‘Destinasi Rasa’ buffet is priced at RM168nett (adult) and RM84nett (children aged 5-12). Early bird discount is available for bookings made before 30th April 2019 at RM120nett (adult) and RM60nett (child).
