We had the pleasure of savouring their exquisite Fortune Set Menu recently, starting with the Deep fried fish skin and jelly fish yee sang. The kids certainly enjoyed tossing the yee sang, accompanied by lots of auspicious sayings as well as our hopes and wishes for the new year.
Next, we had the Double boiled chicken soup with fish maw and cordyceps flower. Full of flavour and nourishing goodness! Baby C's favorite dish. :)
Tender slices of giant grouper fillets are lightly steamed with golden mushrooms and black fungus in superior soy sauce, allowing the natural sweetness of the fish to shine. Love the gelatinous skin too!

Famed for their Peking duck, Wan Chun Ting also offers an excellent roasted duck, served with plum sauce. We were happy to see this dish as part of their Fortune Set Menu; wonderfully juicy with delicious, crispy skin.
Prawns are a must-have during Chinese New Year as its homonym "ha" represents laughter and happiness for the new year.
