We recently returned to Zuan Yuan to check out the Ruby Set, kicking off with everyone's beloved Norwegian Salmon Fillet Yee Sang, vibrant with lively flavours and luscious textures, with fresh salmon as the star of this colourful celebratory show.
Braised Crab Meat Soup with Sun Dried Scallops and Sea Treasures is nostalgically comforting, irresistibly thick and steaming-hot with the ocean's bounty, deeply delicious with crab meat, fish lips, sea cucumber, dried scallops, straw mushrooms, black and snow fungus.
