Come for the Spanish Sicus Garrut, amphora-aged for fun, funky fermentation, stay for the colourful fare of sharing plates, spanning wakame-cured milkfish sashimi with coconut milk, basil oil and pickled grapes; crisp ox tongue braised in Chinese master stock, served with raspberry caper sauce; crunchy panipuri packed with abalone ceviche; and a charming platter of Westcombe white cheddar, Moliterno truffle cheese and Ubriaco drunken cheese.
