SUN:DAY Pilates Cafe, Tropicana Avenue

If Saturdays are for the boys, Sundays might be for PJ’s new SUN:DAY Pilates , a women-only pilates studio with its own in-house cafe. 

Thankfully, the cafe in Tropicana Avenue welcomes all genders, so men won’t be excluded from having an espresso here, while women can enjoy a hot latte after a hot barre workout.

The Honey Espresso Tonic is a calming cooler, nectarous with natural acacia honey.
