Desa Sri Hartamas' new Busanzip serves the hometown specialities of its Busan-born South Korean founders - its top temptation is Daechang Jjukkumi, a spicy stir-fry, surprisingly addictive, loaded with Korean webfoot octopus and Hanwoo large beef intestines on an iron plate, with the octopus eaten with perilla leaves, white radish, dried seaweed and flying fish roe. Add-ons such as small beef intestines are also available, as are other a la carte temptations like milmyeon cold noodles and snail salad, perfect for fans of regional cuisine.
