Fortune favours the bold flavours: Run by the folks behind Rata, Subang’s new Fortune Street promises a road paved with Japanese, Korean and Chinese inspirations - unagi sliders with sesame pesto, togarashi and marinated Japanese cucumber; duck dumplings with duck gravy; chunky-juicy grilled chicken skewers; wok-fried ramen mixed with raw egg, plus mushrooms and vegetables; and tiger prawn patty burgers layered with mashed avocado, seaweed, tomatoes and ponzu; paired with cocktails like Peddlers Plum Patek, blending salted plum gin with plum sauce, mandarin orange and lime.
