Flint strikes a new flame for cafe enthusiasts in The Curve, a surprise setting for this sleek space with an Ohsum Mossum preserved-moss pillar for its centrepiece.
This might the Klang Valley's only cafe that serves ravioli and roulade as early as 8am - the kitchen puts a playful spin on East-West experiments like Reverse Ravioli of tiger prawns stuffed in skin of egg and rice flour bases, creamy with leek butter sauce and house-blended chilli oil, and Mariposa Ave. Chicken Roulade, panko-crusted with a bone marrow butter infusion, rounded out with potato gratin, broccoli, asparagus and Thai-style sweet-sour sauce.
Service is warm and welcoming, beckoning customers to linger over refreshing mocktails like the Zero Proof Jungle Bird (coffee with pineapple juice) and Matcha Lemonade.
