A hearty lunch of Fijian kokoda (the catch of the day prepared with fresh coconut cream), battered fish with cassava chips, and pumpkin risotto with chicken hits the spot after a long hike over the hills of Nacula, one of the farthest-north islands of Fiji's Yasawa archipelago.
