All hands on deck for Petaling Street's new UpperDeck KL, opening Thursday, 10 November: With a soaring ceiling and streaks of midday sunlight on the walls, this looks to be a lovely setting for a locally inflected lunch of Asam Pedas Oxtail Pasta, Pesto Ginger Riso and Tomato Prawn Dumplings.
