Harnessing roe-filled flower crabs flown in from South Korea, Onsemiro - one of KL's most respected Korean restaurants - does justice to its current seasonal special of ganjang gejang: Raw marinated crabs that wed their soothingly light, natural crustacean sweetness with the umami of soy sauce and fieriness of chillies, made moreish with steamed rice and a crabby soybean paste stew (RM113 per crab set).
