Indulge also in the Lady in Red, a raspberry mousse log cake with notes of pistachio, and Sweet Darkness 61, a dark chocolate dream made with 61% dark chocolate and decorated with chocolate stars.

The Roast Turkey borrows from a classic recipe of Italy's northern Lombardy region, with a distinctive citrusy sweetness from its orange marinade, rubbed in oregano and stuffed with apple chestnut ciabatta. It's delightfully delicious, so you're sure to return to the carving station for second helpings!
The Roast Lamb Leg takes its cue from Tuscany, the central Italian region that's rich in fertile landscapes with natural produce. This is lamb at its most tender, tinged with Italian herbs for a flavourful uplift.
There are numerous standouts in this thoughtful smorgasbord, from sea bass poached in lusciously sweet Italian tomatoes to smashed potatoes with caper gremolata, cheeseballs and meatballs, sous vide lamb, seafood on ice, a ceviche station, fresh-baked pies, crisp salads and much, much more - a memorable feast to wrap up the year and ring in a better one to come.
