Checking out Bukit Jelutong's destination for dry-aged steaks: Ninety days of dry-ageing might take a toll on AD Butcher's Angus rib eye, depriving it of juiciness, resulting in a flavour that's somewhat closer to bresaola than regular steak - some might savour it, others won't, so it's certainly a divisive cut of meat.
