Indie Pizza Guys takes a freewheeling approach to its pizzas - if you love spicy pies, the Killer Cowboy Pizza is murderously fiery, with lamb sausages sautéed with chillies and onions, made extra-meaty with pepperoni and turkey ham, rounded out with hand-crushed tomato sauce, mozzarella, cranberries, herbed oil and balsamic glaze. The chillies provide the most pronounced notes, so have water or milk on hand.
Other options (mainly RM29.20-RM38.50) include truffled wild mushrooms with thyme cream sauce and daging dendeng with honey mustard sauce. Once dining out is permitted, it'll be ideal to savour these at Indie Pizza Guys' restaurant in PSC Shopping Mall, since these 11-inch, Neapolitan-inspired pizzas with light, airy crusts suffer a bit from chewiness after delivery.
