The home cook behind Nak Rasa is half Kelantanese, half Johorean, so it makes sense to order their Nasi Dagang, with husked red rice sourced from Kelantan, complete with creamy-sweet gulai ikan tenggiri, perfectly paired with the pickled flavours of acar timun, spiced up with tangy-fiery cili padi sauce, delightfully deepened by the coastal brininess of serunding ikan, a generously hearty meal for RM12.
