Laksa Boise presents the pride of Perlis, the northernmost version of the laksa utara that's popular from Alor Setar to Pangkor.
The Laksa Perlis features rice noodles with briny broth that speaks of the sea, with lime for tang and chillies for plenty of heat - have it topped with ikan sekoq, a whole fleshy fish, for potently flavourful effect. The laksa starts at RM7; a larger version with extra ulam and hard-boiled egg is RM9; the full works with the fish is RM12.
