Pasta Boss

The evolution of pasta in Malaysia: Pasta Boss' Beef Rendang Carbonara Pasta pours full-bodied flavour into succulent, seven-day-brined brisket, mingling harmoniously with a light, lemony cream sauce (RM23), while the ChimmiChicken Ulam Pesto Pasta seeks to celebrate ulam raja, though it's mainly nutty-tasting of almonds, zesty with chicken that's marinated with fresh coriander, jalapeños and orange (RM21). Either dish can be had with spaghetti or penne, reaching us al dente despite the delivery travel.
