Housed in an atmospheric building that dates back over three centuries in Tunis' old town, Dar Belhadj promises classic Tunisian cuisine. Try the osban, a large, gamy sausage stuffed with chopped lamb liver and heart - an acquired taste, but one that's typical of Tunisian special occasions.
