Preparing the premium ingredients for the Yee Sang takes only a few simple steps:
Unagi
1. Defrost whole bag of unagi
2. Soak bag in hot water for five minutes
3. Remove from bag and cut into smaller pieces.
4. Ready for Yee Sang!
Scallops
1. Defrost whole bag of scallops
2. Open bag and pat dry with kitchen tissue; remove excess water.
3. Slice each scallop into nine pieces (like a #)
4. Ready for Yee Sang!
A5 Wagyu beef
1. Defrost beef
2. Heat up the truffle teriyaki sauce on a non-stick pan
3. Add the wagyu beef and stir fry (without oil) for 60 seconds. Dont overcook!
