Pork pursuers shouldn't turn their nose up at Snout's Signature T-Bone Pork Chop, which surfaces in striking fashion, heaped high with a more than a forkful of classic carbonara, purely eggy with bacon bits and parmesan cheese (RM33). It's a luscious synergy of pork and pasta, with a worthwhile foundation of thick, tender meat - Snout takes pride in these ingredients, relying on antibiotic-free pork and kampung eggs.
