Serving halal ramen from noon till past midnight, Umami Boru is a new spin-off by the Beard Brothers barbecue specialists - the beef ramen (RM22) features beef bacon made with brisket that's been cured for a week and smoked for eight hours, rounded out with broth prepared with bones and other parts, slow-cooked for 12 hours for the deep dimensions that the brand's name promises. Chicken and seafood ramen are also available.
