Mongolia is a landlocked nation, but some of its populace still enjoy sushi - Sakura is the top spot in the capital, Ulaanbaatar, for a meal of raw fish and other traditional temptations like unagi, flown in from Japan. Put in a nod to Mongolia by ordering local beef, teppanyaki-style, washed down with local vodka instead of sake.
