Yzen Frozen Yogurt: Takeaway Thursdays & Mini Mondays

Banish your Thursday troubles and Monday blues at Yzen Frozen Yogurt, which has launched fresh new bargains for tasty tubs and sumptuous scoops of its flagship purple sweet potato froyo, every Thursday and Monday.

Mark your calendars for Thursdays, which are now Takeaway Thursdays: Bring home a tub of Yzen's froyo at substantially lower prices - one tub for RM22.30 (normal price RM29), two tubs for RM42.30 (normal price RM55) or three tubs for RM60.80 (normal price RM79).

These tubs are packed to the brim with roughly 400 grams of Yzen's smooth, fructose-free froyo, the perfect treat to bring home to the family for a relatively wholesome dessert.

For RM4, customers can now also take away a small container filled with one of Yzen's signature sauces (around 80 grams), which means you can enjoy the Belgian Dark Chocolate sauce, Lotus caramelised biscuit sauce or butterscotch sauce at home with the takeaway tubs.

Customers can also add RM4 each for their choice of an array of toppings, from mangoes to kiwi fruit and dragon fruit, chocolate chips to Oreo crumbs and almond nibs, American M&M's milk chocolate candy to European Lotus Biscoff cookie crumbs and Japanese Calbee cereal.

Meanwhile, Mondays stamp a mighty mark as Mini Mondays: Enjoy a Yzen mini cup of frozen yogurt for only RM2 (normal price RM5.90) when you purchase either a regular cup of froyo (RM13.90), a large cup (RM17.90) or the lay-zen parfait (RM16.90). The yogurt here genuinely beats the heat, blending milk and yogurt into a soothing refreshment of cooling comfort.

A recap on Yzen for newcomers: Yzen's froyo substitutes sugar with steamed purple sweet potatoes that provide the natural hue to this distinctive recipe. The premium yogurt is delivered fresh daily to each Yzen outpost (Subang, Cyberjaya and Setapak), promising a low-fat temptation that's rich in probiotics and antioxidants, a lovely alternative for fans of ice cream, gelato and soft serves.

Even the extensive selection of house-made sauces and vibrant toppings is painstakingly perfected, so Yzen loyalists keep returning to try different combinations - this time, we had a regular cup with a Lotus caramelised biscuit sauce and two luscious toppings of South African seedless grapes and marshmallows.

Many thanks to Yzen for this peek into its latest promotions.
