This new Italian restaurant specialises in pizzas, with more than thirty varieties on the menu, including topping combinations like sliced mortadella sausage and mozzarella cheese with pistachio bits (RM46). But the real highlight might rest in the remainder of the menu, showcasing Italian produce such as crispy-fried, briny-savoury Mediterranean baby squid (RM29) and breaded Ascoli green olives stuffed with mixed meat for a moreish snack (RM24 for six pieces).
Rosso's founder is reputedly Roman, so it also might be worth sampling a selection of specialities from The Eternal City, spanning baccala alla romana (salt cod) and porchetta romana (herb-roasted pork).
