Economy rice for the office crowd is Carrot Express' main offering - rice with a choice of chicken, vegetable and beverage starts at RM11.90. But if you prefer your meals assembled in the kitchen, there's basic nasi lemak with kapitan chicken curry (RM12.90) and laksa telur sarang burung, a twist on assam laksa, with the thick rice noodles served in a mild shredded fish gravy with a flossy-egg flourish (RM10.90), sufficient to banish hunger pangs.
