Noodle mania at Night Noodle Market

What would a noodle market be without noodles?  Among the 23 stalls this year, the choice of noodle ranges from hand-pulled Taiwanese noodles and traditional thick rice noodles to buckwheat and even roast pumpkin varieties.

These markets are not to be missed for their taste of the sounds and smells of Asian hawker markets on the bank of the Brisbane River in the Cultural Forecourt at South Bank.
