Seeking to fashion food into modern art, FujiYama's forte & flair rest in elaborate, eye-catching sushi rolls - snow crab, tempura chicken & cream cheese are wrapped in rice & heaped high in a tangle of deep-fried potato strips, encircled by a colourful, sweet-sticky sauce (RM28.80), while tuna-bundled sushi is stuffed with crab meat & avocado, surrounding the restaurant's signature fruity yuzu sauce (RM38.80). Fundamentally fun & flavoursome fare, perhaps best enjoyed if not taken too seriously.
