This Ramadan, Serena Brasserie in InterContinental Kuala Lumpur will be transformed into a lively, bustling bazaar filled with aroma of delicious food that will tantalise your senses. The 'Bazaar Serena' Ramadan Buffet is happening from 26 May to 24 June 2017, and will feature iconic food stalls with live cooking stations such as chicken shawarma, grilled fish stall (ikan bakar delights), kam heong prawns, roasted whole kibas with garlic and thyme and Dusun Pahang, showcasing tropical fruits and the king of fruits, durian!

In addition, there will be a diverse selection of local favourites such as kerabu, ulam kampung and jeruk as well as a wide range of seafood on ice such as fresh plump oysters, blue swimmer crab, green lip mussels, and yabbies as well as a sashimi counter with assorted maki and California rolls.
