JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur spreads the joy and kindness this Christmas once again through its annual Toys For Tots Campaign. The hotel, in enlivening Marriott’s Spirit to Serve philosophy, officially launches the charity drive on 2 December 2016 to grant children’s wishes.
Hotel guests are entertained by Christmas Carol performances by the kids from the charity homes and Santa Claus also made a special appearance at the launch event.
This year, the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur has identified six children’s welfare homes to participate in the campaign. They are Sidhartan Home, Trinity Home, Nur Qaseh, Angels’ Home, Rumah Ozanam and Shelter Home. 168 children from these homes will benefit through the contributions from hotel guests and the public.
Guests and members of the public will have the opportunity to fulfill the wishes of these children by visiting the majestic Christmas tree at the hotel Lobby, where the wishes of these children are displayed. The Hotel Concierge will be on hand to assist guests with the contribution process. All gifts will be distributed to the children at the homes after the campaign concludes on December 31.
