On lazy days, we would sometimes "tapau" food back home for dinner. One of the things we like to get is roast duck. We recently discovered a "duck truck" near Bandar Damai Perdana, selling famous roast duck from Serdang 阿仔哥燒鴨.
We're tried it a few times now, and we like it a lot. As it is quite popular, we were told that fresh roast duck is delivered to the truck every hour, and the meat is always still warm when we get it.
A whole duck will cost you RM46, and can comfortably feed a family of 6 as they are quite large. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender and flavorful. The accompanying chilli dip packs a punch, with a spicy kick. They also give you the herbal sauce that comes from roasting the duck.
